The Transfer Pricing Team at the Directorate of taxes has prepared a report for the Transfer Pricing Area in Norway for 2010. The English version is an extract of the Norwegian version of the report.
The purpose of the report is to provide an overview over the work the Norwegian Tax Authorities has done concerning transfer pricing in 2010. In addition, the report is a part of the strategic approach for the area.
According to the report, the Norwegian Tax Authorities used approximately 62-man-labour years on TP-work in 2010 and the income adjustments were 8.5 billion NOK.
