I have ordered via a payroll system. What do the error messages mean?

Invalid or missing attachments: The submitted file does not comply with the Tax Administration's specifications. If you receive this message, even if the file is a correctly constructed .txt file, the formatting in the file may be incorrect. Contact the payroll system supplier.

The attachment contains at least one row with an error: The file contains rows which are not in accordance with the specification. This could for example be rows which start with something other than 64, are too long, or contain text. The rest of the file will be rejected after the first row containing an error. Contact the payroll system supplier.

Incorrect national ID number/incorrect organisation number: The national ID number or organisation number in the file is invalid. Contact the payroll system supplier.
