The input value differs from the value I declared last year; why?

Events which occur in the company can affect the input value. The input value can for example change if:

  • The company’s share capital decreased in 2016 as a result of a reduction in nominal value
  • The company’s share capital increased in 2016 as a result of an increase in nominal value
  • In the event of a merger or divestment within the company, for example, the number of shares you own in the company may have changed. The input value will then be divided between the number of shares you owned at the end of 2016.
