This item shows your capital in the form of premium funds as of 31 December. The amount will normally be pre-completed with the amount that has been reported by the company you have entered into a pension agreement (IPA) with.  You must check that everything is correct. 

Does this item concern me?

The item concerns everyone who has funds in a premium fund linked to an individual pension agreement (IPA).

How do I enter this in my tax return?

The item will normally be pre-filled with the amount in the premium fund as of 31 December. The amount will be based on what has been declared by the company you have your pension scheme with. It is important that you check that everything is correct.

The amounts you should perform the check against will be shown in the annual statement you receive in January from the company you have your pension scheme with. Change the amount if it is wrong. You should also contact the company you entered into the agreement with. 

What if information is missing?

If any information is missing, you must enter the name of the company concerned and the capital value of the premium fund.

Documentation requirements

You do not need to send us any documentation for this, but you must be able to present documentation if we ask for it.

If we ask for documentation, you must be able to document changes made under the item through the annual statement from the institution you entered into the agreement with.
