Register or change your company details - VOES

After creating a new user you are now able to register your company in VOES. If you have to change your company's information later on, the process is the same. If you are qualified to deregister your company, the same process applies. For details regarding qualifying requirements for deregistration, please see here.

How to register or change your company details

By clicking "Register or change your company details" you will be redirected to this page:

In order to get to the correct log-in page for VOES registration, you have to pass through some log-in pages that are commonly used by Norwegian citizens.

At the first log-in page click "proceed to alternative log-in methods"

If this page is in Norwegian, please select "English" in the drop-down menu in the top right corner.

Scroll down and click "Log in without national identity number/D-number". You will then be directed to the VOES log-in page.

Enter your username and password and click "Log in". This will bring you to the correct page for VOES registration - RF-1291

Any previously started forms that are unfinished will remain in your inbox for further processing. See step 5, otherwise go to step 6. 

If you get this picture after you logged in, you can choose:

  • a new form (Fortsett med nytt eksemplar av skjema/tjeneste)
  • a previously created form (Åpne skjema/tjeneste)

You have now entered the form RF-1291:

You have three choices:

  • New registration (to register a new company in VOES)
  • Change registration (to change company details for a company already registered in VOES)
  • Cancel registration (to deregister a company from VOES – see conditions for deregistration)

After completing the form, click "Check form".

This page will be displayed:

Click "Close"

Then you have to click "Proceed to signing".

You are now proceeding to the last stage of submitting this VOES registration -  Signature and submission.

Click "Sign and submit"

After submitting the form RF-1291 you will receive an email confirming your submission.

The confirmation page will look like this:

You will receive an e-mail from Altinn confirming your submission.

 

You will then in a couple of days receive an e-mail from [email protected] either with some questions regarding your application or with your identification number confirming your registration in VOES.

You need the identification number in order to file your VOES returns.

We encourage you to send an e-mail to [email protected] with information regarding your activity in Norway, explaining what kind of services you are selling to Norway (B2C). 

This will make it easier for us to process your application for registration in VOES.
