Order a tax deduction card without a payroll system
If you represent an organisation or are a personal employer, you can order electronic tax deduction cards for your employees here.
Do you have a payroll system that does not support retrieving tax deduction cards?
Then you can use the Tax Administration's own solution to retrieve tax deduction cards. You can either enter the national registration number manually or upload an XLM file.
To use the service, you must have one of these access packages:
For enterprises:
- Business tax
- Salary
- Accountant with signing rights
- Accountant without signing rights
- Accountant salary
- Auditor in charge
- Assistant auditor
For private individuals:
- Working life
The role "Contact Person NUF" also grants access to the service.
It's also possible to grant access by delegating access to the individual service "Tax deduction cards to employer".
When one of your employees changes their tax deduction card, we’ll send a message using the contact information you entered in your last order. You’ll also be informed if there are any changes you need to retrieve without having to submit an order.
You can use tax deduction cards for 2025 when you run the payroll in January 2026.
Nav’s Aa Register (the State Register of Employers and Employees)
Electronic tax deduction cards are not synchronised with Nav’s Aa Register. Therefore, registration or non-registration in the Aa Register does not affect the availability of electronic tax deduction cards.
