We’re migrating the submission of the a-melding from Altinn to separate forms and API solutions. Read more about the migration of the Tax Administration’s services from Altinn to Skatteetaten.no.
During a transition period, you’ll find two different solutions for the submission of the a-melding via an end-user system:

Please note that the documentation for the reestablished services is still under development and is updated continuously.

What you need to create a user account:
- Your enterprise must create a user administrator.
- The user administrator must create users in the user administration tool.
Manage access to the user administration service
