We’re working with the migration of the tax deduction card service for employers from Altinn to separate forms and API solutions. Read more about the migration of the Tax Administration’s services from Altinn to Skatteetaten.no.
During a transition period, you’ll find two different solutions for the tax deduction card service for employers via an end-user system:

To integrate the system with the Altinn form you’ll need an XSD that’s found at the Register of Reporting Obligations of Enterprises (Brønnøysundregistrene).
