New APIs have been created for tax deduction cards for employers, replacing the current Altinn form (RF-1211). Read more about the migration of the Tax Administration’s services from Altinn to Skatteetaten.no.
During a transition period, you’ll find two different solutions for the tax deduction card service for employers via an end-user system:

To integrate the system with the Altinn form you’ll need an XSD that’s found at the Register of Reporting Obligations of Enterprises (Brønnøysundregistrene).
