If you do not have a payroll system, you must submit the a-melding via skatteetaten.no. You must not use Altinn (A01) to submit the a-melding.
Convert from net salary to gross salary
The conversion applies to employers with employees on the net salary scheme and where the convertion will take place according to Norwegian tax rates. If the employee has been issued a tax deduction card for PAYE, the calculator will not calculate the correct gross salary.
Enter the table number and the number of months of stay in Norway. To calculate gross salary, enter net pay for the whole period.
You can use the conversion table from net to gross when an employee is temporarily liable to pay taxes to Norway and has an employment agreement by which variable net salary is paid for an indefinite period.
