Voluntary collection

We can help your enterprise with voluntary collection if you've been awarded compensation for a criminal offence. We'll collect interest only if it's stated in the penalty writ or judgment that we should do so.

Enforcement proceedings

If your enterprise lacks the resources, we may in some cases help with enforcement proceedings. In most cases, you must send the case to an enforcement officer if the claim is not paid voluntarily.

You'll receive a letter from us where we request permission to collect the money on behalf of the enterprise. In the letter, you'll also find information about the supporting documents we'll need. In the permission, you must also state the enterprise's account number.
