Payment agreements for claims we collect on behalf of others
If your business or organisation cannot pay the full amount at once, you can apply to pay in instalments or defer the claim.
We collect penalties for late filing, the supervisory levy charged by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, case costs, enforcement fines, non-compliance fees, stamp duty, and annual fees on behalf of other organisations in the public sector.
Important information
This page covers claims from a number of organisations, except for claims from Nav.
We recommend splitting the claim into instalments rather than deferring the payment.
It’s important that you follow the agreement so your claim does not proceed to enforcement proceedings and a deduction from your income.
Contact us if your enterprise:

- wants a longer payment period than six months or pay less than NOK 500 per month
