Altinn Renewal and Reestablishment of Services
Altinn is being renewed. As part of this process, we are re-establishing our services on skatteetaten.no and adopting shared solutions from Altinn.
All users of the Norwegian Tax Administration’s services should familiarize themselves with the upcoming changes well before the turn of the year 2025/2026 and make any necessary adjustments.
Starting from the income year 2025, we recommend that third-party information be submitted from an end-user system. This solution ensures better data quality, fewer manual operations, and reduced risk of input errors.
New APIs are available for testing – see: Reporting of third-party information | API documentation.
You may still submit information as an attachment (RF-1301), but please note that this solution is being phased out. Manual form completion remains available for certain services.
We urge all reporting entities to implement the necessary changes as early as possible to ensure that reporting for income year 2025 is accurate and submitted on time.
