You must book an appointment
Before coming to the tax office, you must book an appointment. Only those who are required to physically go to a tax office may book an appointment.
All cases that do not require physical attendance at a tax office can usually be resolved via our chat service or by calling us at 800 80 000. If your case is not resolved over the phone, we can book an appointment for you.
Are you an EU/EEA citizen?
The police have offices in the same building as the Tax Administration. If you’re going to visit the police, you must book an appointment on politiet.no.
