How to remove a mark on your credit record

When the claims included in the mark have been paid, the relevant public registers are notified. Credit rating agencies register and remove marks based on the information they receive from these registers. If you want an overview of the marks on your credit record, you must contact a credit rating agency.

If the claim concerns a maintenance payment, the ongoing deduction from your salary must be stopped before we notify the public registers.

Once we’ve received your payment, it usually takes some time before the removal is updated with financial and credit institutions.
