Pay your claim – different methods for different types of claims

If you’re unable to pay everything at once

If you've received an invoice from us that you cannot pay right now, it's possible to apply for a payment agreement. For example, you can split the amount you owe into instalments or get payment deferrals for some types of claims. The conditions for being granted a payment agreement vary between different types of claims.

Consequences if you do not pay

If you do not pay invoices or payment reminders from us, we must initiate enforcement proceedings, which will give you a mark on your credit record.
