Public debt settlement scheme

If you, as a private individual, have large debts to other creditors as well as to the Tax Administration, you can apply for a public debt settlement scheme to gain control of your finances.

If you want to apply for a public debt settlement scheme, you must contact the enforcement officer (the police). The enforcement officer is responsible for helping you with debt settlement.
