Paid too much on a fine

If you've paid more than you were supposed to, you'll either get your money back or we'll use it to cover other claims you have with us.

If you've paid more than you were supposed to, we'll:

either refund what you overpaid
or use the money to cover other unpaid claims – if so, you'll be notified in advance

Usually, we'll quickly discover that you've paid too much. If you have not received the refund within a week, you can contact us.
