Payment agreements for claims from the Housing Bank (Husbanken)
If you cannot pay the full amount at once, you can apply to split the claim into instalments or to defer the claim.
We recommend paying in instalments rather than deferring the payment.
It’s important that you follow the agreement so your claim does not proceed to enforcement proceedings and a deduction from your income.
You must contact us if you have not paid your mortgage and want to split the payment into instalments.
