You will receive the tax deduction card information in your payroll system or in your inbox in Altinn within 30 minutes.
Order a tax deduction card without a payroll system

You will have access to the tax deduction cards within 30 minutes in the inbox in Altinn.
Tax deduction card information for employers

As an employer, you must retrieve your employees’ tax deduction cards
As their employer, you can apply for tax deduction cards for your foreign employees.

It does not matter whether or not they already have a Norwegian national identity number or D number.
