Order a tax deduction card via a payroll system
We recommend that you contact your payroll system supplier before you start using this service.
From 15 June 2026 there is a new solution for retrieving tax deduction cards.
Contact your payroll system supplier for more information. If the supplier has not completed the new solution, you can use the Tax Administration's own solution to retrieve tax deduction cards manually until the supplier's solution is ready.
For you to be able to retrieve tax deduction cards directly from the payroll system, the payroll system must be integrated with the Tax Administration's APIs.

- create integrations with the Tax Administration's APIs
- find out what you need to do to retrieve tax deduction cards

Electronic tax deduction cards aren't synchronised with NAV's Aa Register
The electronic tax deduction card scheme isn't synchronised with NAV's AA Register. Therefore registration or non-registration in the AA register doesn't affect the availability of electronic tax deduction cards.
