You cannot receive certificates via e-mail or over the counter at a tax office.
Using the certificate abroad
If the certificate is to be used abroad, you must arrange for the apostille or legalisation yourself.
Certification of a true copy
The Norwegian Tax Administration only certifies true copies of documents we request. You must bring the original document with you.
