Best practices, accounting, and cash register systems

If you’re obliged to submit annual accounts and/or obliged to submit income statements or the VAT return, you have a bookkeeping obligation.

  • Best practices for daily operations

  • Annual accounts

  • Salary, loans and dividends

  • Sjekkliste for å velge regnskapssystem

For mange er det enklere, raskere og riktigere å rapportere til Skatteetaten fra et regnskapssystem.
  • Cash register systems

From 1 January 2017, only cash register systems that satisfy the requirements of the Cash Register System Act and the Cash Register System Regulation can be sold. The deadline for enterprises with a bookkeeping obligation to upgrade their cash register systems or get a new system is 1 January 2019.
  • SAF-T Financial

SAF-T Financial is a standard format used in the exchange of accounting data. SAF-T, or Standard Audit File-Tax, is the result of a joint development collaboration between trade organisations, system providers and the Tax Administration, following a recommendation by the OECD.
