System suppliers’ product declaration for cash register systems

Cash register system suppliers must use the form to declare that systems entered on the form comply with the Cash Register Systems Act and related regulation.

The product declaration must only be submitted by suppliers that offer cash register systems for sale, rent or loan themselves, or through dealers, to enterprises with a bookkeeping obligation. Suppliers include manufacturers, importers, dealers and others that customise the cash register system for enterprises with a bookkeeping obligation. 

Enterprises with a bookkeeping obligation that use a cash register system do not have to submit a product declaration.

The form contains details about the systems, such as manufacturer, model, version and whether the system supports integration of the cash drawer.
