New Access Packages for the a melding (A-melding)
The former Altinn roles are being replaced by access packages. If you or your business submit the a‑melding, you should ensure that you have the required access rights.

Reconciliation information – The Norwegian Tax Administration
After 19 June 2026, it will no longer be possible to delegate Altinn roles. If access to services within the a‑melding system must be delegated, you must delegate access packages that provide access to the relevant services in the a‑melding system.
Altinn roles that have already been delegated will remain valid until 31 December 2026. From January 2027, the correct access package will be required in order to gain access.
If you have delegated access to individual services in Altinn II, this access will be terminated on 31 May or 15 June.
These services will be discontinued on 31 May:
- a‑melding (A01)
- Notification of paid work in private homes (A04)
- Simplified a‑melding for charitable or non‑profit organisations (A05)
These services will be discontinued on 15 June:
- a‑melding – submission from system (A02)
- a‑melding – feedback (A03)
- Order reconciliation information (A06)
- Reconciliation information (A07)
