Why am I receiving this error message 

You have provided eployment information about freelancers, contractors or fee recipients, which you may not report in the a-melding. From august 2025 you may not report the most recent date of change in percentage employment, the most recent salary change date, remuneration type, working hours arrangement, type of appointment, wage seniority or pay grade for this employment type. 

The error message may be due to you having: 

• reported 
  • most recent date of change in percentage employment 
  • most recent salary change date 
  • remuneration type 
  • working hours arrangement 
  • type of appointment 
  • wage seniority 
  • pay grade  

• specified the wrong month for the a-melding 
• used an old version of a payroll system which has not been updated 

Do I have to correct the error 

Yes, the a-melding contains errors and/or omissions which you must correct. 

You must correct the error by the deadline for submission of the a-melding for the calendar month for which you received the error message.

How to correct the error 

1. Remove the information about freelancers, contractors or fee recipients, which you may not report in the a-melding
    
2. Submit a new a-melding when you have corrected the error. If you use a payroll system, check with your system supplier if you are unsure how to make corrections in your system.
