Employed in a labour market scheme
Labour market schemes may have different rules for reporting in the a-melding, depending on whether the participant receives a salary subsidy or participates in a permanently adapted work arrangement.
Labour market scheme with salary subsidies (temporary or permanent)
Employees with a temporary or permanent salary subsidy that are employed in ordinary enterprises under normal salary and employment terms. Nav covers part of the salary to compensate for lower productivity.
These are reported as ordinary employment in the a-melding and with standard income descriptions.
Permanently adapted work
This measure applies to persons who receive a disability pension. There is no ordinary salary requirement, but the employer may pay a bonus salary. The purpose is to provide work that develops the participant's resources through qualification and adapted tasks. Report this as employment with the type "pensions or other benefits". Any salary is reported as a cash benefit under " Salary in connection with labour market schemes ".
How to report this in the a-melding
The table below gives an overview of the measures and rules that apply. There are only two elements that must be reported in the A-ordning scheme: the type of employment and the salary description. The other information is only included to provide an overview and make the regulations easier to understand.
