We send the tax assessment  notices as soon as they’re ready. Everyone will receive their tax assessment notice before 1 December.

Unfortunately, we cannot give you a specific date for when you’ll receive your tax assessment notice. You’ll be notified when it’s ready.

There may be several reasons for your tax assessment notice to arrive later

If you have underpaid tax you’ll receive an invoice with payment information well before the due date.

You can pay what you can right away, and then pay little by little until the deadline. That way, you can create your own repayment plan.

Log inn to see an overview of your claims and payments and to find payment information.

If you have underpaid tax, this is usually because not enough tax has been deducted during the year. Avoid underpaying your tax next year by checking the numbers in your tax deduction card for 2025.

If you earn NOK 100,000 or less during the year, you can get an exemption card. If you believe you’ll earn more than NOK 100,000 this year, it’s important that you order a tax deduction card instead of an exemption card.

If you have more than one employer, you must remember to split the tax-free amount.
