For the working hours scheme 'fullycontinuousShiftAndOtherSchemes', the number of hours per week for a full-time position must be between 28 and 33.6

    Why am I receiving this error message

    The number of hours per week for a full-time position is too high or too low. For the "fullycontinuousShiftAndOtherSchemes336” working hours scheme, the number of hours per week for a full-time position must be between 28 and 33.6 (235).

    You may have received the error message because you have:

    • specified too few hours per week for a full-time position with the “fullycontinuousShiftAndOtherSchemes336” working hours scheme”
    • specified too many hours per week for a full-time position with the “fullycontinuousShiftAndOtherSchemes336” working hours scheme”
    • specified the wrong type of working hours scheme

     

    Do I have to correct the error

    The a-melding has been submitted with information which may be incorrect.

    If there is an error, you must correct it by the deadline for submitting the a-melding for the calendar month in which you received the error message.

    How to correct the error  

    1. Find employment with the “fullycontinuousShiftAndOtherSchemes336” working hours scheme and check whether the specified number of hours per week for a full-time position is correct.

    2. If you have specified the wrong number of hours, change the number of hours to the correct number of hours per week for a full-time position with “fullycontinuousShiftAndOtherSchemes336” (between 28 and 33.6).

    3. If the working hours scheme “fullycontinuousShiftAndOtherSchemes336” is incorrect for this employment, change it to the correct working hours scheme.

    4. If the number of hours per week which equates a full-time position is not between 28 and 33.6 hours, change the working hours scheme to “Not shift".

    5. Submit the a-melding when you have corrected the error. If you use a payroll system, check with your system supplier if you are not sure how to make corrections in your system.

     

    Example – number of hours for a full-time position is wrong

    A service company submits an a-melding for September with information concerning Victor. The company specifies the working hours scheme as “fullycontinuousShiftAndOtherSchemes336” and the number of hours per week as 37.5.

    It receives the error message MAGNET_EDAG-235-2 because the number of hours which equates a full-time position is not between 28 and 33.6.

    The service company changes the hours which equates a full-time position for Victor to: 
    Number of hours which equates a full-time position  33.6

    It also enters other obligatory information.

    Example 2 – the working hours scheme is incorrect

    A service company submits an a-melding for September with information concerning Ola. The company specifies the working hours scheme as “fullycontinuousShiftAndOtherSchemes336” and the number of hours per week as 37.5.

    It receives the error message MAGNET_EDAG-235-2 because the number of hours which equates a full-time position is not between 28 and 33.6.

    The service company changes Ola’s working hours scheme to: 
    Working hours scheme  Not shift

    It also enters other obligatory information.
