Reason for this error message
You’ve used the legal organisation number of the main entity for both the declarant and the enterprise/sub-entity. From 2020, when you report employment relationships as ordinary, maritime or freelance, you can no longer use the legal organisation number of the main entity as the enterprise/sub-entity.
In the Brønnøysund Register Centre/Register of Legal Entities, your enterprise has registered a main entity (the same as the declarant in the a-melding) and at least one enterprise/sub-entity. If you report employment relationship types ordinary, maritime or freelance, you must always connect the employment relationships to the number of an enterprise/sub-entity.
Need to correct?
The submitted a-melding contains incorrect information.
You must correct the error within the deadline for submitting an a-melding for the month that you received the error message.
Severity of the error: Rejection
How to make corrections
- On the website of the Brønnøysund Register Centre, you can find the organisation number you must use for your sub-entities/enterprises. Search for the name or legal organisation number of your main entity. At the bottom of the next page, you can find information about connected sub-entities/enterprises under the heading “Tilknyttede enheter” (Connected entities).
- When you’ve found the organisation number for the enterprise/sub-entity, you submit the a-melding. If you use a payroll system, check with your system supplier if you’re not sure how to make corrections in your system.
