Reply to the notification of an order and enforcement fine under the OTP Act
If your business or organisation is obliged to establish an OTP (Mandatory occupational pension scheme) and has not done so, you will receive a notification of a possible order and enforcement fine. If you believe this to be incorrect, you are entitled to send a reply.
You may send a reply if you
- have information showing that your business or organisation is not obliged to establish a pension scheme
- belong to a governmental pension scheme
- have recently established a pension scheme
- believe that you should not have been notified because of reasons other than the ones stated above
Important information
The form was sent together with the notification you have received via Altinn. You cannot submit the form unless you have received a notification.
