Form RF-1117
There’s an error in my tax assessment
If you believe there’s an error in your tax assessment for 2019, you can submit an appeal.
The 2019 income
You can submit this form (RF-1117) if there’s an error in your tax assessment for the 2019 income year or earlier.
You must explain why you believe the tax assessment is wrong. Reasons for errors in the tax assessment could be that the tax return contains incorrect or incomplete information, for example about:
- tax class
- income
- wealth
- deductions
- calculation of taxes and duties
We’ll assess your appeal and determine whether there are grounds to change your tax assessment. You’ll receive a written reply from us.
The income year 2020 or later
If you believe there’s an error in your tax assessment for 2020 or later, you can change the tax assessment yourself.
You can change it by either:
- logging in to the tax return and making changes directly, or
- submitting the form RF-1366 - Notice of correction.
