Third-party information – new information for the statement submitter register

The form must be used when registering, deregistering and changing contact information in the Tax Administration’s statement submitter register for third-party information.

Fill in and submit the form

The Tax Administration’s statement submitter register obtains statement submitters’ organisation name and address automatically from the Register of Legal Entities in Brønnøysund.

Any possible changes to contact information, such as names and telephone numbers/mobile numbers for contact persons must be reported via form RF-1312

Who is the form for?

All enterprises that submit third-party information/basic data can use the form. You may choose the type of statement for which contact information is to be changed in the form.

Note that the form cannot be used for the schemes “gifts to organisations” and “contributions to scientific research/vocational training”. Read about registering for these schemes here:
