The Collection Agency for Child Support and Overpaid Benefits acts as collection authority on behalf of NAV, Helfo (the Norwegian Health Economics Administration), the Guarantee Fund for Fishermen (Garantikassen for fiskere) and a number of individual maintenance recipients. This means that the Collection Agency for Child Support and Overpaid Benefits can collect child maintenance payments and recover overpaid NAV benefits.

Remember that if you’re obliged to pay monthly maintenance, you must do so on your own initiative. This means that you must pay whether you’ve received an invoice or not.

You’ll also find payment information at skatteetaten.no. Please note that there are different bank account numbers for making payments to the Tax Administration. You must consider the type of claim that you’ve received to find the correct account number to make your payment to.
