The inflation table is used in the alternative method for calculating deduction for use.

To calculate the ratio in line with the alternative method for calculating the deduction for use for the one-off registration tax, the historic new price of the motorhome in Norway in the year in which it was first registered must be compared with the used price in Norway at the time of registration.

The historic new vehicle price must be adjusted for inflation in order for it to be used in the calculation using the alternative method. A table is provided below for the inflation adjustment.
