Register or change your company details
After creating a new user you are now able to register your company in VOEC. If you have to change your company's information later on, the process is the same. If you are qualified to deregister your company, the same process applies. For details regarding qualifying requirements for deregistration.
How to register or change your company details
When you click on the box "Register a company", this page will open:
Click "Start service".
On the first login page, click "Proceed to alternative log-in methods". If the page is in Norwegian, you can change to English in the language ("Språk") drop-down menu at the top right corner.
Scroll down and click "Log in without national identity number/D-number".
You'll then be sent to the VOEC login page.
Enter your username and password and click "Log in". You'll then access the correct page for VOEC registration and form RF-1291.
Any previously created and unfinished forms will remain in your inbox for further processing. See step 5, otherwise go to step 6.
If you see this picture after you've logged in, you can:
- open a new form/service, or
- open an existing form/service (choose "Go to inbox")
You've now accessed form RF-1291:
You've three choices:
- New registration (to register a new company)
- Change registration (to change the details for a company that is already registered)
- Cancel registration (to deregister a company)
After you've completed the form, click "Check form".
If you've entered everything correctly, this box will appear:
Then you have to click "Proceed to signing".
The last step is signature and submission.
Click "Sign and submit".
The confirmation page will look like this:
In 1-2 working days, you'll receive an e-mail from [email protected]. The e-mail will confirm your registration and inform you of your assigned VOEC number; alternatively, we'll ask you some questions to establish whether it's correct to register the company in the simplified registration scheme.
