Book, change or cancel an existing appointment
If you've booked an appointment with the Norwegian Tax Administration, but are unable to attend, it's important for us that you cancel the appointment. This enables us to help more people.
You can change or cancel the appointment by logging in with your phone number and reference number.
You`ll find the reference number in the SMS you received when you booked the appointment.
