Appeal against tax assessment

If you believe your tax assessment for 2016 or earlier contains errors, such as the wrong tax class, income, assets, deductions or calculations of taxes or duties, you must submit an appeal.

The income year 2017 or later

You use this form to appeal against your tax assessment for the 2016 income year or earlier. If you discover that your 2017, 2018 or 2019 tax return has errors or omissions, you shall not submit an appeal, but amend the wrongful information yourself. 

The 2016 income year or earlier

You use this form to submit an appeal. You can appeal against your tax assessment for the 2016 income year or earlier. 

If you believe your tax assessment contains errors, such as the wrong tax class, income, assets, deductions or calculations of taxes or duties, you must use this form to submit an appeal.

You are entitled to appeal against your tax assessment. 

Your appeal must explain why you believe the tax assessment is wrong.

If you believe the error is that not all tax deductions or advance tax have been included, you must appeal to the tax collector in your local municipality.
