VOEC: New solution for registering and reporting

The Norwegian Tax Administration has developed a new solution for VOEC (VAT On E-commerce), which replaces the old solution in Altinn. The new solution will make it easier and more efficient to report correctly.

Your existing data from the old solution will be migrated to the new portal. You must report VAT for the last quarter of 2023 (1 October 2023 – 31 December 2023) in the new solution.

To use the new solution, you must

  • Create a user in a new solution
  • Connect your new user with your existing VOEC registered company.
  • Update your contact information

The solution will be further developed after launch, and new functionality will be added throughout spring 2024.

The new VOEC solution will

  • be intuitive to use
  • ensure faster and easier reporting
  • reduce errors through better validation
  • allow for more users to access your company data
